It's Cousin Nita...welcome to my Newsletter!
In this issue, I just want to introduce myself and share some of my story, so you have an idea of where and what I come from.
I promise it won't be long or boring😎
I grew up in Akron, OH...home of the GOAT...🐐
LeBron James (no LBJ slander allowed)
I grew up in a middle class family, and I was blessed to go to good schools growing up, so I had a solid educational foundation.🎓
Growing up with my mom and grandma who were hard working women, set the tone for me early on.
Growing up in Akron I knew 3 things for sure:
I wanted to be rich and I was willing to work for it
I wanted to be able to travel and see the world
I wanted to help and inspire people
So fast forward...I graduate High School and end up moving to Cleveland...that's how I got the name Househunter216 (216 is a Cleveland area code).
I started out going to Notre Dame College, but by my 2nd year, I had dropped out to find work.😫
College was so boring and unfulfilling for me.
The classes, the teachers, the campus...
Nothing about it appealed to me.🙄
I wanted to get out into the world and start making money.
And that's what I did...well not so much the making money part right away.😬
I bounced around from job to job for a few years and then I found wireless sales which became my bread and butter.🤑
I was good at it and it paid well because it was commissioned sales.
Long story short, selling phones was the best Real Estate training I ever had!🏡
One day I was at work at Sprint, and the manager said something to me that I thought was out of line, so I walked out and quit! LOL
From that day on, I worked on my Real Estate business and it took me about 15 months to get my first action, but once I closed that first deal...
I know it was UP FOREVER!!💪🏾🤑
